Elite Service Program

$1,899.00 Monthly Rate

Our Elite Service Program is an all inclusive monthly program designed to address all social needs of our clients as well as meeting the every day challenges of running a household. The program also provides companion services or a certified home health aide to insure the personal care needs of our clients are met. Clients are billed monthly. Services include:

• Private Case Manager with daily interaction
• Eighty hours of monthly home health care
• Local transportation
• One hundred point in home safety assessment
• On going snow bird coordination
• Escorts to social functions
• Coordination of  travel companion within U.S.A. and abroad
• Housekeeping, meal preparation, errands
• Twenty weekly hours of hospital private duty nursing while in the hospital
• One hour of weekly in home endurance training by a personal trainer
• Monthly visits by a Registered Nurse
• Twenty four hour health monitoring service
• Assist with Hurricane / Disaster Preparedness
• Managing Medication Schedule
